‘Laura’ Ying Gao of Spring Hill, Florida passed away on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, at the age of 44. She was born on November 16, 1979, in Wuxi, China where she grew up with her parents, aunties, uncles and cousins.
She graduated from Beijing Language and Culture University in 2001 and Stetson University College of Law in 2016. She worked as an attorney, licensed to practice law in Florida and California. Her focus was Elder Law where she brought comfort and peace to those planning for their estate and those working to settle a loved one’s estate.
She was actively involved in aviation (possessing a private, instrument and commercial pilot’s license), sailing, SCUBA diving, biking, kayaking and a multitude of advocacy and charity groups.
Laura touched countless lives with her big smile, bright eyes, giving nature and infectious enthusiasm – the world is a better place for the time she spent on it.
